Stephanie Meyer

As Chief Credit Officer, Stephanie Meyer manages the underwriting and closing of new loans and oversees portfolio credit quality for CFE’s $55 million portfolio of affordable housing, commercial real estate and small business loans. Stephanie has been a member of the CFE team for since 2018.

Prior to joining CFE, she spent eight years at City First Bank, working first as a relationship manager, which encompassed business development, underwriting, loan closing, and portfolio management for small business, nonprofit, and real estate developer borrowers. She then served as portfolio manager for the Bank’s special assets, while also underwriting new transactions as a member of the credit team. Previously, Stephanie spent several years working on economic development issues for the Government of the District of Columbia in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, she worked for an international communications firm and managed the operations of a small nonprofit organization. Stephanie holds a  bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
