Chief Lending Officer

As Chief Lending Officer, Jonathan oversees and optimizes CFE’s lending operations to support strategic goals and drive sustainable growth. He partners with executive leadership to implement lending strategies, manage credit risk, and structure competitive pricing. With deep experience in banking and economic development, Jonathan brings a forward-thinking perspective that enhances access to capital and reinforces CFE’s commitment to economic progress. He also leads business development initiatives to expand CFE’s market presence and strengthen client relationships.

Previously, Jonathan served as Market Leader at Truist Bank, where he built strategic partnerships with Main Street programs, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University.
