Stephanie Meyer joined the City First Enterprises team in July 2018 as senior underwriter for the Impact Investing Fund. In this role, she underwrites new loan fund transactions and provides credit quality oversight for the loan portfolio. Prior to joining CFE, Stephanie spent over eight years at City First Bank. This included six years as a relationship manager, a role that encompassed business development, underwriting, loan closing and portfolio management for small business, nonprofit and real estate developer borrowers.
More recently, Stephanie acted as portfolio manager for the Bank’s special assets while also underwriting new transactions as a member of the credit team. Throughout her time at the Bank, Stephanie jumped in when needed to provide additional support for the community development impact function at the Bank, including contributing to Bank and CDFI Fund reporting and grant applications. Previously, Stephanie spent several years working on economic development issues for the Government of the District of Columbia in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in her career, she worked for an international communications firm and managed the operations of a small nonprofit organization.
