Sharon Feuer Gruber

Director of Partnerships and Development

Sharon drives CFE’s expansion by raising impact investments and grants to capitalize the loan fund, support programmatic initiatives, and ensure ongoing operating support. As part of this portfolio, she oversees impact evaluation, leads strategic communications, participates in various industry coalitions, and cultivates CFE’s partnerships with federal and local public agencies, foundations, and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining CFE, Sharon worked as a strategy consultant to nonprofits, social impact financial institutions, small businesses, and government agencies across the United States. She is a member of various national and local advisory committees and task forces, with an emphasis on food systems. She has served as Board Chair for the Montgomery County Food Council and also founded a nonprofit organization focused on the intersection of conservation and food security. Earlier in her career, she led marketing and communications efforts for nonprofit organizations. Sharon graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
